Advancing spine surgery through precision and expertise

Dr. Don Young Park is a Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at the UC Irvine School of Medicine, Director of the Advanced Endoscopic and Outpatient Spine Program, and Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. Dr. Park teaches residents, fellows, and surgeons from across the country on biportal spinal endoscopy and speaks regularly around the world on the innovative technique. Dr. Park leads a robust biportal research program at UCI and has published multiple clinical peer-reviewed journal articles and textbook chapters on biportal spinal endoscopy.

Daniel Park, MD is professor of orthopedic surgery at Midwest Orthopedics at RUSH in Chicago after being at Beaumont Hospital in Michigan for the last 14 years. He was one of the first biportal endoscopic spine surgeons in America and has published extensively on the outcomes of biportal endoscopy in the lumbar spine. He is engaged with promoting this technique by teaching numerous surgeons and having surgeons observe. He is the co founder of WUBE-America with Don Park, MD.

Dr. Andrew Chung is a dual-fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon and Assistant Professor at the University of Arizona Department of Orthopedics. He also serves as Clinical Faculty at both Midwestern University and the Mayo Clinic Arizona Department of Orthopedics. Dr. Chung completed his orthopedic residency at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, followed by a combined neurosurgical and orthopedic spine fellowship at the University of Southern California and an advanced outpatient and minimally invasive spine fellowship at Cedars-Sinai under Dr. Neel Anand. He has performed over 500 endoscopic spine levels from cervical to lumbar—including fusion—and was among the first to perform a robotic-assisted endoscopic lumbar fusion using the biportal technique. Dr. Chung has authored more than 65 peer-reviewed publications and continues to lecture nationally and internationally on advanced spine techniques.
